You can hang a bell on your pet’s collar or cage to banish negativity. Also, if they have license or ID tags or have a special leash, you can add symbols to it, a little like their own jewelry, and cast spells on the charms to keep your pet safe and to always return it to you if lost.

Holed stones, quartz crystals, and seashells can be put on a tank or cage, for protection, or use a rope with nine knots on it to encircle the cage.

Allow your pet to eat your leftovers (as long as it is well-behaved and doesn’t try to snatch your goodies before you relinquish them). This will strengthen your bond.

Keep your dog from losing its way by putting several hairs from its foot under your doorstep.

If your pet seems bewitched or otherwise hexed, try to get it to move in a counterclockwise circle three times to lift whatever is afflicting it.
