You can use essential oils to add meaning to your spellwork. You can add them to your bathwater for an herbal bath. You can use them to dress candles. You can draw runes on yourself, your candles, and your tools. You can use them to imbue objects with scents. You can add them to objects to charm them. You can anoint your forehead (or other body parts) as part of a symbolic ritual. You can use them as a symbol of the air element for any ritual. You can add some of them to brews. Use your imagination and you will come up with some great ways to use these oils, most of which are available either at health food stores or occult suppliers. Remember NEVER to put any oil on your food or in your drinks unless you are positive it is not poisonous! Cunningham's Encyclopedia of Magical Herbs is great for researching just this information.
